In this blend, you will find carefully selected ingredients that will allow you to prepare unique dishes for this year’s grilling. Try the combination of two rare Kampot peppers – red and white – with juniper and freeze-dried cranberries, which are indispensable for game.

Ingredients

Red pepper, thanks to its fruity character, is the king not only of cold cuisine.

It works well in vegetable salads, pairs nicely with risotto and soups, and don't be afraid to experiment with it when preparing sweet desserts or mixed drinks. It goes equally well with dark meat as with fish or light poultry meat.

White Kampot pepper It is a delicate, yet consistently peppery caress for the taste buds. After grinding it, the aromas of camphor, sage, and cedarwood unfold, accompanied by a delicate aroma of nutmeg blossom, grapefruit, and other citrus fruits. After several minutes in the mouth, you can detect notes of nutmeg, thyme flower, and lemon balm underpinned by the aroma of cedar and black tea.
