The Story of the FinaMill Mill

Alex and Sophia loved cooking and the moments spent at the family table. Alex, who spent his entire life creating pepper mills, wanted to design a Grinder for seasoning that would be smart, practical, and preserve the freshness of flavor without compromises. Sophia brought to the project a sense of detail, design, and everyday joy of cooking. Together they refined an idea for years that was meant to simplify seasoning and make every cooking experience more enjoyable.

After more than 10 years of development and 35 patents, their vision gave birth to FinaMill – an electric Grinder with interchangeable capsules, which people around the world have fallen in love with. It received prestigious awards such as the Red Dot and A'Design Award and also became part of the Oprah’s Favorite Things selection. FinaMill is not just a kitchen assistant – it is a story of passion, innovation, and the desire to bring people together with good food.

Grinding mechanism

Finamill uses a high-quality ceramic grinding mechanism with adjustable grind coarseness - each FinaPod container contains one.

Ceramics are harder than steel, so they do not wear out as quickly during grinding and maintain stable performance even with long-term use. Additionally, they do not affect the taste of the spices, which is very important for Kampot pepper.

Maintenance

The surface of the grinder can be wiped with a damp cloth. Avoid excessive moisture to prevent it from getting into the electronics. The containers can be easily removed and cleaned with a brush or a small brush that removes spice residues.
Do not use a dishwasher or aggressive chemicals. Never immerse the mechanism in water.
The Package also includes a charging cable.

Materials

The main body of the grinder is made of high-quality ABS plastic (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene). This plastic is strong, impact-resistant, lightweight, and has undergone 10 years of research.

It does not contain BPA, so it is safe for contact with food. The ergonomically shaped part of the body fits well in the hand. The start button is made of soft plastic, located on the top part – easily operable with one hand.
