“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.
The controller processes the personal data that you have provided or the personal data that the controller obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.
The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the performance of the contract.
The lawful basis for processing personal data is the performance of the contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, and your consent to processing for the purposes of direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in conjunction with § 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services, in the event that no order for goods or services has been placed.
The purpose of processing personal data is to process your order and to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, personal data are required that are necessary for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact details), and providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and performing the contract; without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the controller to perform it, including sending commercial communications and conducting other marketing activities.
The controller engages in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. By such processing, you have given your explicit consent.
The controller retains personal data for the period necessary to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims under these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
For as long as the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is not withdrawn, but no longer than 15 years, if the personal data are processed on the basis of consent.
After the retention period, the controller will delete the personal data.
Recipients of personal data are persons involved in the delivery of goods / services / payment processing under a contract, providing e-shop operation services and other services related to operating an e-shop, providing marketing services, or accounting and financial advisory services.
The controller intends to transfer the personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization. Recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of mailing services / cloud services.
Under the terms set out in the GDPR, you have:
- the right to access your personal data pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR,
- the right to rectify your personal data pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, or, if applicable, to restrict processing pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR.
- the right to erase your personal data pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR.
- the right to object to processing pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR, and
- the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR.
- the right to withdraw your consent to processing in writing or electronically at the address or email of the controller provided in Article III of these conditions.
Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated.
The controller declares that they have implemented all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
The controller has implemented technical measures to secure the data storage and the storage of personal data in paper form.
The controller declares that only persons authorized by them have access to the personal data.
By submitting an order via the online order form, you confirm that you have read the personal data protection terms and that you fully accept them.
