Kampot pepper

Black pepper is auniversal spicethat doesn't get lost in any dish. However, it is ideal to pair it primarily withdark red meat. It elevates every steak on the grill or pan to perfection, but it also finds its use inclassic sauces, soupsand goes excellently withpasta.

. Red pepper, thanks to its fruity character, is theking of cold cuisine. It is suitable for vegetable salads, pairs well withrisotto, soups, and don't hesitate to experiment with it when preparingsweet desserts or mixed drinks. Rather than with dark meat, combine it with fish or light poultry meat.

White pepper is suitablefor light meat. It wonderfully enhances the flavor of seafood, pairs well withrisotto, creamy soupsand its taste is not lost even in combination with good pasta.

The finer you crush the Kampot pepper, themore intense the spiciness will be, while larger fragments or whole grains lend the dish more specific pepper tones.

When filling the grinder, never use your bare hands, but pour the restless little balls directly from the package into the chamber, and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. This material gives the products a warm, natural, and pleasant design suitable for any kitchen. It is also very resistant to dirt.

The material has a low carbon footprint, and unlike crop-based biomaterials, this biocomposite does not interfere with the food production chain. The set is delivered in a custom-made cardboard box measuring 25 x 16.5 x 6 cm. The grinder itself Grinder has a height of 13 centimeters. Engraving is not possible on this set.
