Mixit 3+1 – roasted nuts with honey and Kampot pepper

Green freeze-dried pepper brings the maximally fresh taste of green peppercorns.

In this case too, expect a pepper flavor full of spiciness in a very intense and rich form. The taste of green freeze-dried pepper combines fresh tones of freshly cut grass, green tea, and citrus with a subtle hint of sea salt flavor.

Dark red Kampot pepper unleashes an explosion of fruity tones in the mouth accompanied by a milder pungency. Dark red peppercorns initially release aromatic notes of blood oranges, cranberries, and elderberries, underpinned by characteristic tones of cedar and honeydew with a subtle hint of tobacco leaves. After a while, the heart of the dark red pepper begins to manifest, reminiscent of leavened dough, new spices, and roasted malt. It is a very dense aroma that gradually transitions into Assam black tea, with cedar tones reappearing in the finish.

Ingredients: roasted cashew nut kernels 85%, floral honey with edible chestnut and thyme 9%, Himalayan salt 2.5%, dark red Kampot pepper 1.5%, green freeze-dried Kampot pepper with salt 1%, dried lemon peel 1%. May contain traces of gluten, milk, other nuts, peanuts, sesame, and soy.
