Thus our discussion with the farmers began. When Kampot pepper is dried, and the berries are collected, the stems remain unused. Yet they contain the same health and taste benefits as Kampot pepper. Therefore, we decided to process them into a herbal blend, which in combination with turmeric and lemongrass will create a delightful taste experience that will please both the palate and the body.

Kampot pepper grows on vines and each of its stems carries dozens of peppercorns.

After hand harvesting, it is separated, dried and even used on its own – the stems are aromatic, milder than the pepper itself and excellent for teas and broths.

Usage

Tea that warms both the body and the heart

Whether it is morning or evening, our tea made from Kampot pepper stems is a great companion. Just pour over, let steep, and you can enjoy the taste of Cambodian nature.

For 1 teaspoon of the mix (2 g), pour 200ml of boiling water over it and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
