The perfect grinder, thanks to which you immediately have freshly crushed pepper or salt at hand, or two kinds of unique pepper from the campaign.

In a moment you can unleash the game of incredible tastes and scents of pepper in your kitchen Package.

The set contains our double grinder and two basic types of campus pepper. The grinder combines quality materials, practicality and hilarious design. The biggest feature is its construction, which contains two chambers and two grinding mechanisms. It can thus be filled with two types of campaign pepper or pepper and salt from the campaign, which makes it a very practical tool in cooking or flavoring food directly on the table.

The grinder body is 23 centimeters high and fits perfectly in your hand. For maximum practicality, each end is provided with a special lid to keep the freshness of the pepper and no dirt to penetrate it.

This set also includes two 20g Package Individual types of campaign pepper of your own choice. You can choose between black, red and white. They differ from each other with their taste and smell that you can hardly find in pepper purchased in conventional supermarkets.

Black pepper After grounding, it releases the tones of eucalyptus, coffee and thyme accompanied by the aroma of lime bark. They gradually spill into the seaside aroma with developing fruit tones. The aroma of peach and nectarine is dominant, accompanied by the scent of pine and earthy tones of Cambodian mountain land full of minerals.

Rare red pepper It is an explosion of fruit tones with a finer burrow. At first, the tones of rose and rosehip fetus dominate, which subsequently pass into dried cherries. After two to three minutes they begin to develop a more characteristic fragrance for Kampot Pepper, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines and a more earthy crust of sourdough bread.

White pepper It is a gentle but still peppery caress buds. After its ground, the smell of coffee, sage and cedar wood, accompanied by a fine aroma of nutmeg, grapefruit and other citrus, will develop. After a few minutes in the mouth, you can feel the nuts of nutmeg, the flower of thyme and lemon balm supported by the aroma of cedar and black tea.

Grinding mechanism

Inside the grinder there are two ceramic machines Ceracut®.

This is a technology developed in Germany to guarantee that pepper and salt will always be crushed with absolute perfection. The roughness of the grinding can be adjusted for each grinder, with the machine to crush pepper grains or salt crystals up to 5 millimeters.

Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of grinding in pepper, you influence its taste profile. 

The smaller the fragments, the sharper taste of pepper will be. On the other hand, larger fragments will pass the food more of the specific exotic tones of the camppot pepper.

When filling the grinder never Do not use bare hands, but pour the restless balls into the chamber straight from the packaging and help with a spoon or funnel. At the same time do not forget your grinder regularly. However, never use water or chemical products. Just a cloth, brush and drop of olive oil. Always keep the grinder away from the sink and carefully with its operation also above the steam.

Materials

For the production of this grinder we used acacia wood with perfect drawing, which will decorate every kitchen or dining table.

For this reason, we left the wood its natural color and only treated it with a protective varnish. We combined the wood with stainless steel, which ensures extreme grinder resistance, which will last eternity when properly handled.
