I. BASIC PROVISIONS

Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

II. SOURCES AND CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

The controller processes personal data that you have provided to him or personal data that the controller has obtained on the basis of fulfilling your order.
The controller processes your identification and contact data and data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.

III. LEGAL REASON AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The legal reason for processing personal data is the performance of a contract between you and the controller pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) GDPR, the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (especially for sending business communications and newsletters) pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter f) GDPR, your consent to processing for the purposes of providing direct marketing (especially for sending business communications and newsletters) pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter a) GDPR in conjunction with § 7 para. 2 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain services of the information society, if no order for goods or services has been made.
The purpose of processing personal data is to handle your order and exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when ordering, personal data necessary for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact) are required, providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and fulfilling the contract, without providing personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or fulfill it by the controller, sending business communications and carrying out other marketing activities.
The controller carries out automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.

IV. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The controller stores personal data for the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
For the period until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, no longer than 15 years if personal data are processed on the basis of consent.
After the expiration of the retention period, the controller deletes the personal data.

V. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA (CONTROLLER'S SUBCONTRACTORS)

Recipients of personal data are persons involved in the delivery of goods / services / execution of payments based on a contract, providing services for the operation of the e-shop and other services related to the operation of the e-shop, providing marketing services or accounting and financial advisors
The controller intends to transfer personal data to a third country (to a country outside the EU) or an international organization. Recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of mailing services / cloud services.

VI. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the conditions set by the GDPR, you have:
- the right to access your personal data according to Art. 15 GDPR,
- the right to rectify personal data according to Art. 16 GDPR, or restrict processing according to Art. 18 GDPR.
- the right to erasure of personal data according to Art. 17 GDPR.
- the right to object to processing according to Art. 21 GDPR and
- the right to data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR.
- the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller specified in Art. III of these conditions.

Furthermore, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.

VII. CONDITIONS FOR SECURING PERSONAL DATA

The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
The controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage and personal data storage in paper form.
The controller declares that only persons authorized by it have access to personal data.

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

By submitting an order from the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the conditions of personal data protection and that you fully accept them.

The controller is entitled to change these conditions. The new version of the personal data protection conditions will be published on its website and at the same time, the new version of these conditions will be sent to your email address that you provided to the controller.


These conditions become effective on 1.11.2023.
