Fermented pepper

Gentle and subtle variant of fresh green pepper - thanks to fermentation in a salt bloom, all the pepper balls soften beautifully become tender, mellow their flavor and are thus an ideal garnish for salads, omelettes, pastas, sauces, or anything in a wok pan. They are also called pepper caviar - they are very delicious and complex in their flavor thanks to salting. They do not require Grinder and, as fresh, you can sprinkle them just about anywhere!
