In the same spirit, the mill head was also designed, thanks to which the grinding is a simple yet very precise process. Grinder can be combined with other types of natural mills so that you always have fresh Kampot pepper on your kitchen counter ready to be ground.

Grinding mechanism

The heart of the grinder is the CrushGrind® ceramic grinding mechanism

This mechanism can grind peppercorns or salt evenly right in 14 degrees of coarseness. The entire patented mechanism is covered by 25-year warranty, thanks to which you can be sure that this Grinder something will last.

Maintenance

By adjusting the grind coarseness for the pepper, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the taste of pepper will be. Conversely, larger fragments impart more of the distinctive exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use your bare hands, but pour the peppercorns directly from the package into the chamber, and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. Also, do not forget your Grinder to clean regularly. However, never use water or chemical cleaners for that. All you need is a cloth, a brush and a drop of olive oil. Grinder always keep it away from the sink and handle it carefully above steam.

Materials

Grinder is made of black-brown ash with a unique wood pattern.
