The design of the 17-centimeter tall mill was conceived to fit perfectly in the hand and prevent slipping. This also applies to the mill's head, which is easy to handle and offers a perfect response from the grinding mechanism hidden in the mill's body.

Grinding mechanism

The heart of the grinder is the ceramic grinding mechanism CrushGrind®, which can grind peppercorns or salt evenly at exactly 14 coarseness levels. The entire patented mechanism comes with a 25-year warranty, giving you the assurance that this Grinder will last.

Maintenance

By adjusting the grind coarseness of pepper, you affect its flavor profile. The smaller the fragments, the sharper the pepper’s taste will be. Conversely, larger fragments impart more of the distinctive exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use your bare hands; instead, pour the restless little beads directly from the package into the chamber, and assist yourself with a spoon or funnel. At the same time, don’t forget to clean your Grinder regularly. However, never use water or chemical agents for that. A cloth, a brush, and a drop of olive oil will suffice. Always keep Grinder away from the sink and be cautious when operating it near steam.

Materials
