Maintenance

By adjusting the grind coarseness of the pepper, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the pieces, the sharper the pepper taste will be. Conversely, larger fragments impart more of the unique exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use your bare hands, but pour the lively pellets directly from the package into the chamber, and use a spoon or funnel. Also, do not forget your Grinder to clean regularly. However, never use water or chemical preparations for this. A cloth is enough, a brush and a drop of olive oil. Grinder always keep it away from the sink and handle it cautiously over steam.
