Rebels from Czech city Prostejov, who do things simply but honestly, are Barenuts.

This is a purely plant-based custom workshop for nut products, which works with raw materials of the highest quality. The basis of every butter is hot-air-dried nuts, which are subsequently supplemented with various kinds of chocolate, fruit and other ingredients.

Ingredients

The red Kampot pepper, which you find in the product, is a hallmark of the Kampot plantations.

On these plantations, the pepper berries are allowed to ripen to a deep red color full of fructose. They are then harvested and sun-dried, which gives them their characteristic dark red hue.

The rare red pepper is an explosion of fruity tones with a milder spiciness. Initially, notes of rose and rosehip prevail, which later transition into those of dried cherries. After two to three minutes, a more distinctive aroma of Kampot pepper begins to develop, reminiscent of citrus fruits, dried tangerines, and an earthier sourdough bread crust.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator and before consuming, let it sit at room temperature for a while and stir.

Ingredients: 83% air-roasted peanuts, 13% organic vegan white chocolate (organic cocoa butter, 37%, organic natural cane sugar, organic dried pink beverage bio, ground edible šáchor bio, Bourbon vanilla bio), 3% whole Kampot red pepper, 1% sea salt flower – Fleur de Sel.

The base of this vegan butter is made of the highest quality peanuts, which we have complemented with organic vegan white chocolate containing Bourbon vanilla that gives the butter a wonderful aroma. Its flavor is enhanced by a pinch of salt flower collected on Kampot salinas, which you can also purchase separately from us, and of course red Kampot pepper, which pairs so well with sweet desserts, must not be missing.
